About the Team
Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) Unit forms part of the portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education and Students) and was formed to streamline the coordination of a range of learner recruitment, administration and quality assurance activities.
The Coordinator, Workforce Management is situated in the LLE Operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Workforce, the Coordinator, Workforce Management plays a pivotal role in the implementation of the Workforce strategies within LLE, which includes:
- Developing and delivering a coordinated and centralised process for the acquisition, development and management of the Flexible Workforce team comprising the entire cohort of LLE casual staff and Assistant Services Officers
- Partnering with all LLE teams in the recruitment, onboarding and training of permanent and fixed-term staff
- Supporting compliance and consistency in recruitment and HR practices across LLE through advising and providing training in up-to-date advice on applicable legislation and UTS policies and procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you have exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support and reach agreement with various stakeholder groups who have competing resourcing priorities. You are adaptive to changing environment and shifting priorities with high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
In addition, you have:
- Excellent project planning and organisational skills, as well as a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritise and deal with competing demands with limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with capability in training, presentation, communicating with impact and influence
- Ability to coordinate a team, including event management skills and the ability to train, roster and coach others, allocate tasks and monitor task completion
- An interests to be a people leader

Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $104,251 - $115,327 pa (HEW 7)
This role attracts ?17%? superannuation in addition to the base salary. Employee benefits include flexible work practices, childcare centres, generous parental leave and salary packaging opportunities.
This position is full-time, and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for until May 2026.
