Moura Garden Chinese Restaurant, is seeking a experienced chef to join our small team, with the ability to cook different Asian cuisines would be an advantage.

This is a fulltime long term position

You will have the opportunity to run your own kitchen working along side the owners. You must have good people skills and be flexible to the needs of a growing business

We are small mining town 180klms west of Rockhampton QLD.

Accommodation will also be offered to the right person.

Skills ands experience

• Ordering and stock control
• Understanding of cost control and managing costs
• Menu planning
• RSA an advantage
• Cert IV in commercial cookery any other qualifications will be an advantage
• Manage and implement food handling policy and procedures
• Be flexible to the needs of the business
• Work closely with owners
• Good communicating and people skills
• Energetic and self motivated
