About the role

We are seeking experienced Chefs and Cooks to join Bellbowrie Sports Club, Queensland. Their is a full-time, part-time and casual opportunities to play a key role in providing delicious and high-quality meals to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Create exciting menus and daily special options
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Assisting with menu costing
• Providing exceptional standards within the kitchen
• Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience as a Head Chef / Sous or Senior Cook roles in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing meals
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or equivalent
