The role

As a Graphic Designer at Motio you will be exposed to a wide range of work. This includes the development of digital-place-based ads, brand and the continuous development of the company’s collateral and go-to-market assets.

We are looking for a passionate human who has a solid grasp of artwork design, digital production (including motion graphics/animated content), short form video editing and a love for pushing design a little bit further.

The role is pivotal and sits within Motio’s Product, Marketing and Design team who love collaborating - We make content, advertisements, and collateral – with a focus on the digital out-of-home advertising industry.

Responsibilities of the role

• Create image-based, animated video and front-end advertisements for clients (including liaison + communication with clients)
• Ability to cut, curate and edit video content in portrait and landscape format for various networks.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and create with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, PowerPoint / Adobe collateral, outdoor signage, internal communication, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Translate briefs and strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

What do we need from you?

Ideally, you will be across the full Adobe Suite, and any animation and videography experience would be helpful but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience using graphic design software, including Indesign, Photoshop, (Adobe Suite)
• Demonstrated experience interpreting graphic design briefs, design principles and developing design solutions.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently deliver clear and concise messages.
• Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently.
