About us

We are operating seasonal, April-September, and are located 2 minutes from the centre of town. We use local produce in our dishes and pride ourselves on our fresh, fast and friendly service. Our alfresco setting at the café is located under our big shady mango trees. We want to create a relaxing and friendly environment for our customers and we believe that starts with our staff.

Tasks & responsibilities

Prepare, bake and decorate pastries, cakes and other pastry-based goods.

Must make sure that hygiene is maintained at all times during the baking process, managing ingredient stocks, maintaining equipment, guiding staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
