About us

We are located 2 minutes out of the centre of town, we use local produce in our dishes and pride ourselves on our fresh, fast and friendly service. We have an alfresco setting with our café located under our mango trees. We want to create a relaxing and friendly environment for our customers and we believe that starts with our staff.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes
• Must make sure that hygiene is maintained at all times, managing ingredient stocks, maintaining equipment, guiding staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
