Qualifications & experience

• Have a positive "can do" attitude
• Cert III or above in commercial cookery
• Minimum five years’ experience in a commercial kitchen of a similar standard, grill and pan experience essential, demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Be honest, reliable, neat, tidy and well presented

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assisting the head chefs in providing an outstanding service
• Running quieter services across all of our outlets
• Compliance with the Food Safety act and our food safety system
• Ensure the highest quality, consistency and standard of food product is served in all outlets
