About the role

Boujee Smile is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team in Mount Lawley, WA. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing Cosmetic Teeth Whitening services to our clients. Additionally, you will handle front-end duties such as processing payments, answering calls, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth client experience. This is a full-time role.

What you'll be doing

• Performing cosmetic teeth whitening treatments for clients, ensuring high-quality experience and results.
• Managing front-of-house operations, including greeting clients, handling bookings, answering calls, and processing payments.
• Calling clients to confirm bookings and follow-ups, providing a personal touch to our customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and sterility of the studio.
• Managing the studio’s day-to-day operations while working independently.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
• Impeccable time management and commitment to punctuality
• Proficient in POS software / Scheduling software
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality client care
