We are currently partnering with a well-established technology solutions provider to recruit a Payroll & Accounts Administrator for their Perth-based team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum + super.

Role Overview
Based in Malaga, this role is responsible for payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing weekly payroll in accordance with legislative, award, and enterprise agreement guidelines
• Managing employee/employer deductions, contributions, and benefits
• Maintaining employee records, including transfers and terminations
• Onboarding and offboarding employees in payroll systems
• Entering timesheets and collating shift information
• Handling payroll enquiries and ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain compliance and improve processes
• Supporting accounts receivable, including receipting, follow-ups, and overdue reporting
• Assisting accounts payable with data entry, payments, reconciliations, and invoice processing
• Setting up new accounts, processing credit card statements, and maintaining records

Skills & Experience

• Minimum three years experience in end-to-end payroll processing and accounts administration (experience in a similar industry is advantageous but not essential)
• Strong understanding of enterprise agreements and the ability to process wages under both enterprise agreements and common law contracts
• Experience with Greentree System is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with superannuation, long service leave, and multiple system integrations
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
