Family run business opened its doors in 2021, and they have been creating success within the mobile crane market. They have established an excellent reputation and are leading the way in new equipment sales throughout Australia and New Zealand. They have been looking at other manufacturers and have decided on of the largest Chinees OEM. This line of equipment has been in the Australian market for over 40 years and with new technology and global recognized the equipment has stood strong. In the UK this brand of machine is the second largest in the mini equipment line. With great support and technical backup, the results could be excellent.
Job Opportunity –
This role will start with a blank piece of paper, it will come down to you and the GM to plan and strategies and make this work. So, you need to have a level of engagement and enjoy building something from the ground up. You will look to target the major contractor market and local trades, along with local councils, Farmers, Wineries, builders, garden centers, Landscape gardeners the list is huge. You will plan out your territory and look to start knocking on doors and demonstrating machinery. The idea is to sell as many machines as possible and start to build market share and build the brand through marketing, trade shows, field days, DDT, any means possible and really get behind this machine and give 110%. Once the sales have started coming it will be down to you to start building a sales team and looking to establish the best of the best in your team.

Your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense and commercial acumen. You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic business thinking, technical expertise and solution-focussed approach, encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and marketing strategies. The focus to the role is to develop and deliver high quality customer service and make mark in the industry.
Candidate Requirements –
- 5 + Years in Sales of Earthmoving Equipment – This is a MUST have.
- Strong networks in the above markets
- Excellent communication and strong IT skills
- Passionate about building a new product from ground up
Salary Package –
The Salary is market upon your effort and what you can build over the years, as you build more and grow the state the more you remunerated. To begin with you will be offered the following
- Base Salary -$130,000 to $150,000
- Company Car – Brand New Dual Cab UTE (your choice)
- Superannuation 11.5%
- Company Uniform
- Phone & Laptop + Home office expenses
- Company Credit Card
- Company uncapped coms
- Full training on products and services
- International travel to the manufacturer
