Core tasks of the role will include a variety of responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate set up of access and equipment, while aligning to PHSA Information Security Requirements.
• Supporting 180 users across Australia and New Zealand across a number of IT Systems
• Provision and deprovision of user access
• Provision and deployment of laptops and phones
• Liaising with external vendors where required
• Assisting in project work where assigned

Requirements:

• Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Formal TAFE or University Qualification highly regarded
• Previous experience administering M365, Entra ID and Intune for User and Device Management (desirable)
• Understanding of Cloud (MS Azure)
• Understanding of Networking
• Understanding of MS Power Automate and Power BI (desirable)
• Keen Interest in Cyber Security
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Problem solving skills
• Independence and autonomy
• Ability to work in faced paced and dynamic environment
