What we’re looking for

• You are 18 years and over
• Have exceptional customer service skills, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
• You are passionate about sexual health and wellness.
• Have flexible availability and the ability to work across the full trading week, including night shifts and weekends.
• Ability to work unsupervised and independently. After initial training you will be working solo so must be confident.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• You love selling without the hard sell—you’re approachable, friendly, and excited to chat about our incredible range of products, from top-tier vibrators to intimate accessories.
• You’re eager to learn about new products and trends in sexual wellness (we promise, it’s exciting!).
• You’re a team player who takes pride in representing the Flirt brand in a positive way.
• You are social media savvy or willing to learn.
• Please note: We’re open 7 days a week and for extended hours, so flexibility to work across the full trading week is essential, including occasional night shifts and weekends. As part of the role, you’ll need to be comfortable working independently (after training), standing for long periods, and lifting or moving stock.
• Management experience is favourable, however not essential.
