HR advisory role with a focus on ER and organisational change available now!!

We have a labour hire contract available for a skilled HR Advisor with experience in the provision of employee relations advice, ideally within an organisational change capacity.

What we need for this role is someone who is technically across all things employee relations, comfortable navigating large EBA's and confidently advising a diverse range of stakeholders on how they best administer them. Given this organisation is in phase two of large-scale change and transformation, experience providing ER advice relating to restructures would be advantageous.

The team is a very collaborative and high performing, providing advice that enables wherever possible. Broadly, you can expect to carry out the coordination of HR operations and provide high level and, at times, complex advice and services on all HR generalist matters. This could include working through job design and resourcing; staff recruitment, selection and appointment; onboarding and induction; remuneration and conditions; performance and development; and early intervention case management.

You are comfortable in the drafting of various documentation and correspondence with staff, that comply with the large and complex EBA, associated policies and of course current legislation.

Finally, you are ideally an HR practitioner with generalist HR experience that spans the application of contemporary HR practices. You have a demonstrated ability to interpret and make recommendations in line with HR policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

This is a labour hire contract of up to 6 months in length, depending on the experience you bring. It is a meaty role, working with some exceptional individuals. We will pay up to $70 per hour plus super and the role may be available on reduced hours and can offer flexibility.
