A leading boutique management consultancy is seeking experienced procurement professionals to join its growing team. With a strong track record of delivering procurement and commercial advisory services, this firm works with both public and private sector clients to drive value and efficiency across complex procurement projects.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact strategic procurement initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing procurement advisory services, working closely with clients to develop sourcing strategies, execute end-to-end tenders, and optimise procurement frameworks. They will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, cost-saving initiatives, and delivering commercial outcomes.

• Partner with clients to develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes across multiple categories, from planning through to contract execution.
• Deliver data-driven insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Support the development of commercial models, business cases, and procurement frameworks.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients.
• Provide expert guidance on procurement best practices and industry regulations.
• Contribute to business development efforts, supporting client retention and identifying new opportunities.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management, ideally within consulting, professional services, or complex industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, strategic sourcing, and supplier engagement.
• Previous leadership or project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading tenders, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple levels of an organisation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into commercial insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Experience in government procurement frameworks, but not essential.
