I am working with a very busy portfolio in a banking client with 3 Program Managers who need the help of a Program Coordinator. Priorities for the right candidate are:

• Exceptional communication skills across a broad portfolio delivery group
• Willingness to work with International based teams (BAs in UK, Aus and Singapore) that sometimes align with start of the day/late evening
• Strong JIRA management
• Excellent status Reporting and governance
• Ability to arrange and manage workshop notes and outcomes for follow-ups
• Ability to work with busy Delivery Leads and the PMO for managing financial forecasts and actuals

This is an immediate start contract role that for the right candidate can help your career towards project management. The daily rate is broad dependent on experience ($600-800 per day) but attitude is the most important factor to securing this role.
