Location: Melbourne Hybrid (3 days in-office)

Are you an experienced Change Manager ready to drive transformation in a dynamic, operationally driven environment? This is your opportunity to lead change across a major Order-to-Cash process overhaul, working with key stakeholders across IT, finance, and operations.

About the Role

As the Change Manager, you will own the entire change management process across business and stakeholder groups. You will develop and execute a change and communications strategy, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a change and communications strategy
• Conducting impact assessments to identify challenges and opportunities
• Mapping out training needs and adoption plans
• Building and managing change materials to support smooth transitions
• Establishing change champions to drive engagement
• Working closely with executives and operational teams to ensure alignment
• Navigating a highly operational-driven change environment, where structured change management may be limited

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading change initiatives within mid-large scale environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with corporate, depots, and head office teams
• Experience in finance, freight, accounting, or logistics (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing structure with agility
