PM-Partners is currently seeking a Senior Organisational Change Manager to assist and oversee all Change, Communication and optimising change uptake related activities to support the transition onto a new ERP solution.

This ERP will affect all areas of the organisation including asset and works management, finance, billing and customer service delivery. This is a significant project for the organisation which will provide a range of benefits and changes to the way our client works.

Duration: 6 months

Daily Rate: $1050 - $1150

Location: WORK REMOTELY with some occasional travel to Gippsland region (if required only); budget exits to support this occasional travel.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Change Business Process (As Is, To Be)
  • Change & Adoption Strategies
  • Business Readiness Checklist
  • Change Communication Materials
  • Status Reports
  • Various Training Material
  • Handover Packages
  • Identify and manage change-related risks and issues, escalating where required
  • Define and manage the schedule of stakeholder engagement, including involvement of the business throughout the project lifecycle to input into requirements gathering, design, testing, etc.
  • Manage and maintain overall change plan and provide input into project status reporting

In addition to your 5+ years change management experience, you will also demonstrate your strengths and experience in:

  • Must have training and certification in PROSCI ADKAR Change Management Framework
  • Proven experience leading change for large and complex technical programs and projects
  • Proven experience in conducting impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed
  • Experience with the rollout of complex technology systems
  • Experience in digital transformations, transitioning to similar new ERP solutions
  • Experienced developing communications and engagement plans, change and adoption plans and change champion networks
  • Experience in preparation of change and adoption strategy
  • Practical experience in working with change management tools and methodologies
  • Experience preparing written reports and process maps and to propose business solution
  • Experience in organisational change readiness assessment and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Confidence conducting engagement sessions to large audiences.
  • Qualifications in Change and Training
  • Good knowledge of IT services and software implementation practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
