Laissez-Faire Catering is one of Sydney's leading caterers in some of Sydney's most iconic locations.

Whether it is an intimate dinner for 80 guests to a high-end brand activation for 1,000, we help clients execute events as wild as their imagination.

As the catering manager at an event, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.

Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.

The Person

• Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
• Must have previous experience in a similar role and are looking to work in a larger operation or a Team Leader ready for their next step.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, early starts and weekend
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Hold a valid RSA – essential
• Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy and a goal oriented focus
• Problem solving –you never know what’s going to happen but need to be resourceful with resolving issues.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service experience to our clients
