About the Role
The successful candidate will have/demonstrate the following skills, attributes, and experience:

• Dental Technician Qualifications
• 3+ years working as a Dental Ceramist (highly regarded)
• CAD experience (3Shape/ExoCAD experience highly regarded)
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of Crown and Bridge technology
• Knowledge of tooth anatomy, form and function
• Eye for detail - Produce artistic, aesthetic and quality dental work
• Excellent time management skills
• Be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
• A positive attitude and good communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• A keen interest in exploring digital dental technology, including 3D printing (highly valued)
• Be an Australian citizen or have a valid Australian visa with work rights/be onshore

Additional Responsibilities
The dental technician will also be responsible for:

• Assisting in other areas of the laboratory, i.e. Prosthetics, Polishing Splints & Model fabrication (analog or digital)
• Ensuring workplace cleanliness
• Participate in internal and external training as required
• Share suggestions for improvements within the laboratory
• Communicate ideas about case design
