Star Dental Labs is part of the Dental One group – a network of 8+ Dental Clinics throughout metropolitan Melbourne.

Our lab is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for multiple experienced Dental Technicians / Ceramists to join our team. We are focused on producing high-quality work, including aesthetic anterior cases and implants.

The Role(s)

Dental Technician

• You are experienced in producing high-quality ceramic work and crowns using Emax and Zirconia.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and can work from start to finish, ensuring our dentists receive high-quality stained and glazed crowns that fit each and every time with no adjustments needed chair-side.
• You will be working mainly on our Standard workflow from design to finish.
• Experience with CAD/CAM, 3Shape, or Exocad is preferable.

Ceramist

• You are experienced in producing high-quality ceramic work, including aesthetic anterior cases.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and can work from start to finish, ensuring our dentists receive high-quality stained and glazed crowns that fit each and every time with no adjustments needed chair-side.
• You will be working mainly on our Premium workflow, supporting our Senior Ceramist to complete cases from start to finish, including Digital Wax-Up, Photography, and more.
• Experience with CAD/CAM, 3Shape, or Exocad is preferable.

Plaster Room Technician

• You are experienced in producing high-quality models and working in a plaster room.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and can work independently to produce high-quality models and scan cases.
• You will also handle some admin work to ensure cases are managed efficiently.
