About The Role

We are seeking individuals to join our Team to launch our latest retail outlet in Pakenham Victoria. These role(s) will suit those passionate about selling, supporting customers & delivering an exceptional experience to all our guests. An interest in all recreational vehicle types, camping, travel & outdoor adventure, coupled with a logical, practical & problem-solving mindset, will deliver successful outcomes for our customers & organization. The outlet & Team Members are supported by a ‘parts & accessories’ specific Management Team, other departments / functions based at the same site & our valued supply partners.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities / tasks of the role(s) include but are not limited to…

• Offering friendly & courteous service and expert advice across all platforms to assist our customers (i.e. in store, electronic communications, phone).
• Maintain retail presentation standards including merchandising, promotional displays, ticketing, product information and general housekeeping.
• The receipt, dispatch, replenishment of goods & other general stock management tasks (which will involve some heavy lifting from time to time).
• Processing customer transactions using cash and various electronic payment options we offer, along with internal transfers and other administrative tasks.
• Proactive approach & commitment to learning & maintaining adequate knowledge about the products and services we offer, both existing & emerging.
• Attending & assisting at external consumer & trade shows / events, both locally & interstate as required.
• Contribute & collaborate with colleagues and leaders to continually enhance store presentation & customer experience.
• Monitor site safety & report potential hazards to ensure they are eliminated.
• Be licensed & proficient in the safe use of EWP (elevated work platforms) & forklifts (both counterbalance & reach). Or if not already licensed, be willing to consider gaining these qualifications.
• Other duties as required from time to time to support successful store operation & to exceed customer expectations.

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office 365 & a predisposition to learning new computer programs / software packages as they are implemented.
