About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Consultant with exceptional customer service skills to work at our kiosk located in Werribee Shopping Centre and Woodgrove Shopping Centre Melton.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

• Encouraging customers to sample products and assist them with their scent journey.
• Providing outstanding customer service – while promoting the ESNC brand & products.
• Achieve & endeavour to exceed personal sales targets while working as a team.
• Prepare and maintain stock in the kiosk.
• Contribute to product development.
• Be a team player and assist with ad-hoc duties.

About You

An integral part of the business you’ll bring your strong work ethic along with previous retail experience as well as:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• The confidence to approach customers and build rapport quickly.
• High energy and enthusiasm-upbeat personality
• Passion for fragrances and scents
• Being well presented, with a good understanding of fashion trends and styling
