About the Role:
Join the team as an Operations Manager, where you will play a vital role in the management of digital asset funds and ensure the smooth operation of fund activities. We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated professional with strong experience in funds management and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund Operations: Manage trade and portfolio reconciliations, secure transfers, and storage of digital assets, ensuring accurate performance and NAV reporting alongside fund administrators
• Trade Execution: Assist with trade execution and coordinate with brokers and custodians
• Reporting & Research: Contribute to the production of monthly fund reports, fact sheets, and ASX announcements, along with digital asset research and portfolio construction ideas
• Fund Products: Help create and evaluate new digital asset funds for wholesale and retail investors and support product listings on wealth management platforms
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support governance reporting, reinforcing our stance as a thought leader in the digital asset funds space.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
• Experience in financial services, particularly in funds management and digital assets
• Expertise in NAV calculation, reporting, financial modeling, and managing research and operational reports
• Strong communication and influencing skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• A continuous improvement mindset with lateral problem-solving abilities
