About the Role

As a key member of our Pre-Construction Department, you'll ensure seamless communication, compliance, and administration throughout the pre-construction process. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and our internal team to guide projects smoothly from concept design to contract signing and authority to commence construction (ACC).

This is more than just an admin role—it’s about taking ownership, accountability, and pride in your work, treating every project as if it were your own, and ensuring our clients feel supported at every step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping clients navigate the pre-construction journey—keeping them informed, supported, and reassured
• Coordinating approvals and compliance, ensuring all projects run smoothly behind the scenes
• Keeping the team connected by making sure everyone has the right information at the right time
• Providing admin support to the Pre-Construction Manager & Buildability Manager
• Answering the phone and taking sales enquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling meetings and appointments, making sure everyone stays on track
