We are looking for an experienced cook / chef to join the team at Frank & Chitch Cafe (Earlwood, 2206).

The position is Casual with Full Time hours (to be discussed if required).

The role:

This is an opportunity to become part of a strong team with great energy. You will play an integral role in leading and supporting the kitchen team through an all day breakfast and lunch menu. The successful candidate will be hands on and be able to manage well in a busy high pressure environment.

Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience required as a cook in a busy cafe (2-3 years)
• Control of food production, stock, food quality & consistency
• Management, guidance and motivation in kitchen
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Seasonal menu change input & specials.
• Great hours (Breakfast / Lunch.. No Nights)
