We have an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Spray Painter that shows a commitment to being a team player, and who enjoy learning new skills.

Our client has more than 50 years of experience and a range of specialist services, they are are a steel fabrication & construction experts. This is a fantastic position for committed and team orientated people who have a ‘can do’ attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Set up sandblasting equipment to ensure correct flow of blast medium.
• Sandblast steel and other construction materials
• Blast to correct blast profiles as required by client.
• Able to use conventional and airless spray guns.
• Select and prepare paints. Achieve and check paint thickness.
• Ability to achieve high quality finishes on construction materials and machinery.

To be successful:

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong OH&S understanding
• Ability to pass a pre employment physical including a drug and alcohol test
• Reliable & be a team player
