About the role

Titan Cranes and Rigging PTY Limited is seeking a skilled Industrial Spray Painter to join our team in Mulgrave, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the high-quality painting of our industrial equipment, ensuring a professional finish that meets our exacting standards.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Operating spray painting equipment to apply paint to a variety of industrial machinery and equipment
• Ensuring a consistent, even application of paint across all projects
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to budget

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Strong technical skills in the use of spray painting equipment and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
