Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist looking to take the next step in your career? Treehouse Queanbeyan Inc is a registered not-for-profit, community-based organisation supporting children with additional needs from infancy to the end of primary school. As a registered NDIS provider, we serve Queanbeyan, NSW, and surrounding areas, including the ACT.
We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Speech Pathologists or Occupational Therapists (Allied Health Professional Level 1 or 2) to join our therapy services and work with a dedicated team of therapists in a collaborative, flexible, and rewarding environment.

Your Role
As a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Regular clinical supervision by experienced clinicians.
- Step-by-step guidance in building skills and caseload.
- Providing therapy services to improve children’s communication, motor, and functional skills.
- Working across various settings, including our centre, schools, preschools, childcare centres, and family homes.
- Running a range of therapeutic groups for older children.

About You
No matter your career stage—new graduate, mid-career, returning to work, or an experienced professional—you’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy and registration with Speech Pathology Australia or AHPRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and their families.
- Basic understanding of the NDIS.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and a current Australian driver's licence (or willingness to obtain them).
