• Level 4 rate Duty Manager - Mon-Fri $33.96, Sat $40.76, Sun $47.55, PH $67.93
• Recently completed full venue renovations, new bar, indoor and outdoor dining
• 30-35 hours available per week

About the Applicant:

We're looking for a Hospitality team member to join our team for consistent casual hours. Providing service to our customers and supervising our trading as part of our experienced Management team.

The Royal has an excellent Restaurant and reputation for exceptional food and bar service including great cocktails, events and coffee. Ideally an applicant with plenty of prior experience in a quality bar and a full table service environment is desirable. Any additional experience in TAB, Keno and Gaming operations will be an advantage.

Full training as a Duty Manager can be provided if you haven't done that before. Some prior supervisory experience is desirable.

The Hotel Royal recently completed extensive renovations including new indoor and outdoor casual eating and drinking spaces, a new table service restaurant and versatile function space.
