Our client, Bundaberg RSL, is seeking Bar/Gaming Attendants to provide exceptional service across the club’s bar and gaming areas. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all patrons while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

As a Bar/Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating gaming machines, serving drinks, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a friendly and enjoyable environment for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional bar and gaming service to all patrons.
  • Operate and monitor gaming machines, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Process cash handling, EFTPOS transactions, and payouts efficiently and securely.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible gambling service (RSG) practices are followed at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bar and gaming areas.
  • Assist with restocking, inventory control, and general venue upkeep.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

What They Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in bar, gaming, or hospitality roles (preferred).
  • Current RSA & RSG certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Desirable:
✔️ Experience handling gaming machine operations and payouts.
✔️ Knowledge of liquor licensing and gaming compliance regulations.
✔️ Previous experience in a club or hotel environment.
