As the Workshop Controller at Duttons Adelaide Hills you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department Workshop and contribute to the overall process of the Service facility whilst creating an excellent customer service experience for our clients.

About you

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the workshop including allocation of work and ensuring the work is done professionally and correctly the first time.
• Manage workshop efficiency and productivity.
• Implement processes and improvements where necessary to develop growth, profit and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and team member training is up to date on all workshop equipment and tools whilst maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• You will lead by example and strive to achieve a harmonious workplace whilst managing the team.
• You will be expected to have strong technical skills and the ability to impart this knowledge to team members in a supportive manner.
• You must be able to multitask and work to deadlines and expectations.
• Attention to detail is required with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
