Workshop Foreman/Technical Advisor

Esperance Motor Group T/A Esperance Toyota, Esperance Ford, Esperance Holden (HSO).

We are seeking a dynamic Workshop Controller/Technical Advisor to join our busy Service Department in the beautiful town of Esperance.

Working Monday to Friday only, this position offers a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• manage and coordinate workshop activities, including job scheduling, resource allocation and technician assignments.

• ensure high service standards and quality control measures are met.

• diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues.

• train and mentor less experienced staff.

• maintain a positive and customer focused work environment.

• work closely with the Service Manager to maintain a high level outcome for our customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• proven experience as a Workshop Controller/Technical Advisor in a similar automotive environment.

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• strong leadership and team management abilities.

• full current WA Driver's License.
