About the Role:

As a Workshop Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our busy workshop, ensuring efficiency, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily workshop operations
Allocate jobs to technicians based on skills and workload
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of work
Uphold high-quality standards and manufacturer guidelines
Support service advisors with technical details and job updates
Assist in diagnosing complex mechanical issues when needed
Maintain a safe and compliant workshop environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload
Mechanical trade qualifications (preferred but not essential)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Full Australian driver’s licence
