The exciting opportunity:

• Drive operational performance and provide leadership for residential aged care, home care and retirement living services
• Lead the transformative growth of the organisation; network to identify partnerships, grow client numbers, enhance the brand and promote customer experience
• Translate strategic direction into organisational objectives to achieve desired outcomes
• Manage, inspire and mentor Service Managers, and contribute to workforce capacity development through succession planning, enabling career pathways, skills development and retention
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and governance, clinical outcomes, quality care and regulatory compliance with efficacy and transparency
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive commercial growth and sustainability
• Identify and champion opportunities for innovation in daily operations, continuous improvement and customer service

• An impressive track record in an Executive Manager role in health care or customer service focused industry
• Intuitive business and financial acumen; able to manage competing resources, drive growth and deliver contemporary services with sustainable results during periods of reform
• Solution oriented and outcomes focused, with a demonstrated ability translating strategic directions into operations
• Influential, supportive and collaborative leader who is engaging, motivated and drives operational performance
