- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Indi Creative is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads, SEO, and website development. We help businesses generate more leads through data-driven marketing strategies. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team full-time and help us scale.

About the Role

This is an in-office sales role where you'll be making outbound calls, booking appointments, and closing deals. Experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right applicant. If you’re confident on the phone, hungry to sell, and ready to grow with a company, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

📞 Cold Calling & Prospecting – Reaching out to business owners and decision-makers.
📅 Booking Appointments – Setting up meetings for our digital marketing team.
💰 Closing Deals – Selling Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing services.
📈 Following Up – Managing leads, tracking progress, and nurturing prospects.
🎯 Hitting Targets – Meeting sales KPIs and earning uncapped commissions.
📝 CRM Management – Keeping track of leads and call notes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Confident, energetic, and hungry to sell – you love talking to people.
- Experience in sales or cold calling (but we’ll train the right person).
- Ability to handle objections and think on your feet.
- Strong communication skills – clear, persuasive, and engaging.
- Driven to hit targets and earn big commissions.
