About the role:

• We are looking for a highly motivated, client centric, outcome focussed Senior Psychologist with leadership experience to join our expanding team and be instrumental in the growth and support of our psychologists and multi-disciplinary team in Brisbane.
• You will be a highly motivated Senior Psychologist that thrives on working independently and has the drive to help and grow a team.
• You will be responsible for managing the operational requirements for the local team.
• You will be able to support staff with their KPIs and understand that they are secondary to providing exceptional healthcare, however you will also understand their importance and consistently work towards achieving them.
• You will understand evidence based best practice to deliver service to our clients.
• You will have experience working across different therapeutic modalities and an understanding of psychometric assessments.

We would like you to have previous history of working with children, however this is preferable but not essential. You will have a mixed case load of all ages and disabilities.

Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered Psychologist (full registration).
• NDIS experience is essential.
• A passion for assisting clients and clinicians to reach their full potential.
• Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with referrers such as support coordinators and other networks as well as being able to demonstrate and validate those sources.
• A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Current driver's licence and registered vehicle.
• Other qualifications specific to disability will be regarded as highly desirable.
