Are you an experienced, motivated and passionate Educator or perhaps you are interested in beginning your journey in the industry? At Charters Towers Kids ELC, we are looking for Educators to join our amazing team. You will receive ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor and Assistant Centre Manager/Educational Leader.

The successful applicant for this role will:

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre
• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
• MUST hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards*)
• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
