Browns Plains Kids Early Learning Centre is a beautiful Reggio Emilia inspired centre operating in the heart of Logan. Browns Plains Kids ELC has been rated as EXCEEDING the National Quality Standards. This homely centre, that is currently undergoing a full renovation and caters for 88 children a day aged between six weeks and six years, with a dedicated building for OSHC in our amazing "Schoolies World". Fully equipped with their own children's cafeteria, mud pit, water park and art studio, Browns Plains Kids Early Learning Centre really is the centre that children deserve.

We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

Are you an experienced and passionate Qualified Lead Educators and Educators looking to join our established high performing team of dedicated professionals?

The successful applicant for this role will:

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre
• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
• MUST hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
