About the Role:

We are seeking a bright and energetic Retail Supervisor who is keen to learn, loves pasta, and can work independently while also being a team player. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and willing to work across multiple locations if required.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

• Provide outstanding customer service and engage with customers about our fresh pasta products.
• Assist customers with product recommendations, pairings, and meal ideas.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using our POS system.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.

Store Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail space.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and replenishing products.
• Conduct basic food handling and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Record daily wastage and assist in minimizing product loss.

Multi-Site Support & Teamwork

• Be flexible and willing to work across different locations if required.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
• Communicate effectively with management about stock levels, sales trends, and customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for fresh pasta and great food.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not essential.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
