Duties:
Supervise and support team members to ensure top-tier services
Assist with hiring, training and mentoring employee
Manage stock levels, merchandising and inventory control
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Drive sales through promotions and exceptional services
Oversee cash handling and store opening/closing procedures

Skills/Qualifications:

Having Certificate II or III in Retail operations
1 – 3 years of retail experience
Experience in POS systems and inventory managements
Passion in retail, hospitality and delivering great customer experience
