About the Role:
We are seeking a Gaming Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the gaming lounge, staff management, training, daily maintenance of gaming records, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and welcome customers and always help us create a safe, friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Assist customers with gaming equipment and machine errors
- Help troubleshoot any issues regarding gaming equipment with team members
- Direct team members appropriately to tasks that should be, being completed
- Ensure the gaming area is clean and organised at all times
- Conduct gaming clearance and balancing in line with the clubs policies and procedures
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure fair play and adherence to the establishment's policies.
- Ensure you are knowledgeable across all happenings around the club, most importantly gaming and club wide promotions.
- Assist the gaming manager with providing feedback on team members and what training may or may not be required
- Ensure all harm minimisation policies and procedures are followed and communicated with the appropriate people.
- Assist in ensuring the club is following all of its compliance obligations
About You:
- Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certification.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- TAB compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of gaming operations and relevant Queensland legislation.
- Organisational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in staff training, development, and performance management.
- Attention to detail in maintaining gaming room standards and compliance.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
