About the role

Join the team at The Royal Hotel, Orange, NSW 2800 as a full-time Bar and Gaming Attendant. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's bar and gaming facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Serving customers at the bar, processing payments and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area
• Overseeing the operation of gaming machines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Providing assistance and support to patrons using the gaming facilities
• Monitoring stock levels
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar and gaming areas
• Resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
• Adhering to all health, safety and licensing requirements

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a similar bar or gaming attendant role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly and welcoming environment for patrons
• Good knowledge of gaming regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
• Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• (RCG) AND (ARCG) Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
