We have an exciting opportunity to join our team on a casual basis as a Sales Assistant and Social Media Content Creator!

By becoming a member of our team you will be a part of a family owned and run Country Boutique, Pet & Rural store. The right candidate will assist us in creating and executing a content strategy to enhance our brand and align with our vision and goals, whilst getting the opportunity to be hands on assisting our customers in our western fashion boutique, a rewarding experience in meeting the target audience of the strategy.

Hours

CASUAL POSITION:

Up to 4 days per week including Saturday roster, 3 Saturdays on & 1 Saturday off

Weekday hours - 8am to 5pm

Saturday hours - 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with their western fashion & rural needs whilst building customer relationships
• Stock control
• Customer Enquiries
• Store Merchandising & Cleaning
• Creating compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals, while ensuring high-quality and consistent output
• Staying up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful
• Monitoring and analysing metrics and data to measure the success of content campaigns, and using insights to make data-driven decisions for optimizing content performance and engagement

Skills Required

• Excellent customer service skills
• Great photography, videography & editing skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices, as well as a strong understanding of current social media trends
• Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Canva & Capcut
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong task management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
• A passion for western fashion and all things country!
• Available for immediate start
