The Role
The Quality Assurance Business Partner will coordinate and maintain the site quality management systems, with a focus on ensuring internal and external compliance requirements. They will report into the Quality Manager and act as a 2IC.

• Ensure product food safety & quality standards are met
• Working collaboratively with the site team to achieve targets and milestones in food safety & quality
• Proactive in implementing product quality risk mitigation strategies
• Supervise, mentor and coordinate quality officers day-to-day activities
• Ensure compliance to the Food Safety Plan and improve the plan where able; including but not limited to Prerequisite Programs, CCP’s and QCP’s
• Support and Coach the QC’s and any reports that may be in the role for them to develop and provide a succession plan with the department.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experince in a similar role
• Food industry background highly regarded
• Highly collaborative approach with strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and identify a way forward when faced with issues
• Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement
• Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
