YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, helping people with everything from product info to appointment scheduling. You’ll make sure every customer feels valued and supported, and that their needs are met quickly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Customer Engagement: Answer calls, assist walk-ins, and help people find the right products.
- Appointment Scheduling: Organise service and maintenance appointments.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle any issues with care and follow up to ensure everything’s sorted.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of interactions for smooth follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Operations, Sales, and Accounts Teams.
ABOUT YOU
You’re someone who loves people and thrives on helping others. You bring a positive attitude to everything you do and love working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A natural ability to connect with customers.
- Outstanding phone etiquette paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar customer service/ admin-based role.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to manage your own workload.
- A passion for going the extra mile to make our customers happy.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRMs before!
