Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers

Provide accurate information about our products and services

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Document customer interactions and update records accordingly

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in computer applications and data entry

Previous call centre experience, managing emails and handling calls

• Customer centric attitude
• ERP/SAP experience is highly desirable
• Team player

• Full Australian work rights
