Position Available:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of 4WD Accessories Fitter at our Bayswater Home Office. Reporting to Workshop Manager, you will primarily be responsible for carrying out fuel tank and 4WD accessory fittings.

This role is primarily 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday. The average week would be split between fitting Brown Davis Long Range Fuel Tanks, and other 4WD automotive accessories.

Job responsibilities

• Fit 4WD accessories, including long-range fuel tanks, under-vehicle protection, and fuel filters, and other offroad accessories to vehicles in accordance with customer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Install Brown Davis fuel tanks and 4X4 accessories according to supplied instructions in a through manner to avoid reworks.

Requirements:

• Valid manual driver's license and clean driving record
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Understand working of automotive parts and components
• Auto electrical: Battery and 12-volt knowledge
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Read, Understand and Follow detailed instructions
• Ability to lift/handle fuel tanks with aid of forklift
• Strong attention to detail & safety-first mindset
• Able to work under pressure using vetted book times
• Able to pass Police clearance

• Pride in your workmanship with a great eye for detail and a high level of quality control
• Strong hands-on skills and the ability to identify & troubleshoot issues.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and an ability to work as part of a team.
