Location: O'Connor / Canning Vale
Employment Type: Casual with full-time hours available
Roster: Monday to Friday (start times between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM)

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and hands-on Process Workers to join our production team. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping the production line running efficiently and safely, while ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain smooth workflow.

Feed raw materials into equipment accurately and efficiently.

Stack, bundle, and palletise finished products for storage or dispatch.

Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure standards are met.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in manufacturing or operating production machinery is highly desirable.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Strong attention to detail with a proactive, safety-conscious mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Full Australian working rights.

Clean police record.

Willing and able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
