Fetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSE Advisors (Intermediate or Senior) within Melbourne for a long-standing Tier 3 Commercial builder.

The Role:

• Roaming HSE advisor – projects situated throughout Melbourne Metro.
• Working within the commercial and multi residential construction space.
• Split week consisting of travelling to multiple sites valuing up to $30m, could be anywhere up to 8 projects being accounted for at any given time.
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety protocols, and company HSE policies.
• Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HSE issues promptly and effectively.
• Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company Construction/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
• Review sub-contractor SWMS.
• Lead comprehensive on-site safety audits: Identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s

Must have:

• 3 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
• Minimum Certificate 4 in OHS/WHS.
• MUST have experience using Hammertech
• MUST have experience within the Commercial construction industry.
• MUST have experience working on multi residential apartments.
