ElectusPeople is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support our community aged care partners during an important period of change.

With the new aged care funding model now in effect (from 1 November), many clients are undergoing care plan reassessments. We are looking for nurses who can provide both clinical expertise and care coordination support to ensure each client’s plan reflects their current needs.

You will work closely with care coordinators and support staff to deliver quality, person-centred outcomes for clients in their homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical reassessments of aged care clients under the new funding model

Review and update care plans in collaboration with case managers and care coordinators

Provide clinical advice and oversight to care and support staff

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Build trusted relationships with clients and families to ensure holistic, quality care

What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

2+ years’ experience in community or residential aged care

Strong understanding of care planning and assessment processes

Ability to work independently with confidence and sound clinical judgment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Current Police Check and CPR
